Prochlorperazine Dimaleate or Prochlorperazine Maleate is a first-generation phenothiazine derivative used to treat severe nausea and vomiting, and to manage psychotic disorders such as schizophrenia. It functions by blocking dopamine receptors in the brain, which helps balance brain chemicals and suppresses the nausea-triggering center.

Appearance: White or pale-yellow, crystalline powder.
Assay: 98% minimum.
Melting Point: 187C to 190 commonly cited in literature. 194C is also reported.
